The holidays are over, and it’s time to get back to it and start working towards those goals.

To that end, I’ve begun tracking my sleep again with my Fitbit, (Saturday night sucked, with 6H:52M asleep, one time awake, and 11 times restless), so I can begin working on getting better sleep. I don’t take naps during the day, and I usually end up getting up very early, (around 4:30AM), and going to bed when I can’t keep my eyes open any longer, which almost always happens around 8PM. Yeah, I’m boring and I have no life. If I have to stay up later to get work done, I can manage it, but then a vicious cycle starts and my sleep schedule gets all out of whack and I end up fighting with that for weeks on end. Even if I don’t stay up late, I’ll get decent sleep for a while and then my sleep schedule will become psycho and I’ll fight with it for weeks on end. I’d like to see less of that this year.

Tomorrow, I will begin tracking my food and exercise on a regular basis. I have 14.7 pounds to go till I reach my long-term weight goal, and I want to work harder towards reaching that.

Also, work. Lots and lots of work.
