So I’m updating a bunch of WordPress installs because WordPress 4.9, and I found that the admin menu now uses aria-current to let you know where you are in the interface. Nice accessibility easter egg. Time to go update the WordPress with a Screen Reader posts again.
RIP Ultrabook, it’s been a good run.
Today has been a long, but productive, day. So much yawn. Need more coffee.
Adding myself to the #indieweb wiki this morning. User page created and now linked on the WordPress examples page. Not sure if we have two hundred and eighty character support for posting to Twitter using Bridgy yet, but I don’t care because Twitter can take its arbitrary character limit and shove it. Later after work, I’ll work on my personal blogroll, to which I’m going to be adding links to some Facebook friends’ profiles, because Facebook can take its news feed algorithum and shove that too. Not logging in every day just to retrain the damn thing when I can link to a profile somewhere else, see what someone’s up to, and comment while logged into Facebook, and then when I’m done close the window. Oh and WordPress hit twenty-nine percent market share on Saturday.
